How the Work has Spread
Since the book was published, we now support maternal health and fistula surgeries across 5 countries, with maternity hospitals in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda, and through fistula camps in South Sudan and Central African Republic. There is always more work to do, but together with incredible staff on-the-ground in Africa, we are committed to ensuring women in Africa can face childbirth with dignity a confidence.

Here is a very rare sneak peek of an obstetric fistula surgery happening at a recent fistula camp at Kivulini, in Tanzania. This is never before seen footage.
