Matthew Pendleton

Matthew is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a Director at PwC in Sydney. Matthew is responsible for providing audit and other assurance services to listed, multinational and private companies and not for profit organisations. He serves clients across a diverse range of industries, and reports regularly to Boards, Audit Committees and senior executives.

Matthew’s expertise includes financial reporting, technical accounting issues, and analysis of financial information.

His passion for maternal health stems from the special care his four daughters required upon being born premature.

Matthew is Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee.
