Include a bequest in your Will

Many people choose to support their favourite cause by leaving a bequest in their Will. If you would like to make a bequest please consult with a solicitor or the Public Trustee in your state to ensure the correct wording in your will. We have provided sample wording below but recommend you confirm this wording with your legal advisor. 

I give, devise and bequeath to the Barbara May Foundation ACN 141248900 of PO Box 2371, Bowral, NSW, Australia for its general purposes, free from all taxes and duties, $ (specify amount of donation here). I direct that the receipt of any director or other proper officer for the time being of that Foundation will be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees.
